Join Madelyn for a day of ceremony and learning about the nervous system through embodiment.

As a group we will explore ways to create coherence, support and resource for ourselves and our families, and how ceremony and ritual can be woven into our lives to help us grow and evolve through life’s inevitable challenges. There will be journal prompts, group sharing and movement.

Learning in circle, with an altar in the middle, you are invited to bring your intention and a sacred item for the altar to be blessed by our time together.

You’ll walk away with tools to support yourself, each other and your families, as well as a felt sense of what regulation in your nervous system feels like, to take steps to create a nervous system informed family and community for raising children.
