“Every little to adds up to a big Yes” was created as inspiration from my lived experience— how every small thing that wasn’t in alignment that I said no to made a big positive impact on my life. I saw how boundaries large and small truly work to protect the life we want. Every time I said no I could feel my YES more clearly.

I wanted to offer what I’ve experienced as a visual form of inspiration for myself and for the world. If you are working on trusting your no and your yes—this piece is for you.

Keep going. Dont give up. And don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Sometimes we say no and realize we wanted to say yes, and sometimes we say yes but realize it was something we needed to say no to. Growth isn’t linear. You are allowed to change your mind. Just keep working towards that YES.
